About our Hospitality Role

We are seeking a professional to provide exceptional support to our hospitality function, encompassing catering, cleaning, and laundry services.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a passion for delivering high-quality food services and maintaining immaculate standards of cleanliness.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The role requires flexibility to work various shifts throughout the week, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain rigorous health, safety, quality, and hygiene standards in accordance with legislative requirements
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting processes are upheld
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to residents' queries and requests
  • Contribute to the loading of washers and dryers, sorting linen, hanging, folding, wrapping or ironing linen as required
  • Assist with basic food preparation, providing meals and snacks, clearing dining areas, and dishwashing duties
  • Engage in general cleaning activities, including mopping, vacuuming, and waste collection in residents' rooms, bathrooms, communal, and living areas

Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency in cleaning or catering experience (not essential)
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexible availability for varied shifts
