About the Role

We are seeking a motivated property professional to join our high-performing team in Parramatta. This role offers an opportunity for experienced professionals to transition into a commercial sales-focused position.

You will work alongside successful operators to maximise income, build market share, and become a dominant player in this space.

As a sales agent, you will be responsible for selling commercial properties across the Sydney Western Corridor. You'll develop a wide network of professional contacts and maintain long-term relationships while developing new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain and expand relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on market trends
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirements:

  • Real Estate License
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in real estate industry
  • Property analytical skill is essential
  • Understanding of Hindi, Mandarin or Cantonese highly desirable
  • Entrepreneurial and commercially astute
  • Strong work ethic and passion to succeed
  • Confident, driven and enthusiastic
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • The ability to work in a team focused environment
  • A customer-centric attitude
  • Willing and able to take responsibility for your own market and client base
