Personal Support Worker

We provide high-quality, relationship-based in-home care for ageing adults.

Our team of dedicated support workers offer personal care, light household duties, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transport to appointments.

  • Supporting Independence: We help individuals live independently at home, while providing welcome companionship and emotional support.

Our services cater to various needs, including dementia, Parkinson's disease, MND, MS, and palliative care.

About the Role

As a Personal Support Worker, you will work flexible hours, making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. You will be required to provide personal care, assistance with daily tasks, and support with meal preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  3. Preparing meals and snacks for clients

  5. Transporting clients to appointments

Requirements
