The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting the Senior Operations Manager in the management of Claremont Quarter.

  • Contract management: oversee centre building services contracts and ensure timely delivery of services
  • Maintenance and relationships: manage on-site cleaning and security personnel, and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
  • Facilities management: effectively manage repair and maintenance activities, ensuring all works comply with statutory authorities/regulations

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in retail facilities management
  • A trade certificate or equivalent, or mechanical/operational 'hands-on' experience
