About the Role

We are currently seeking a Senior Rail Engineer who will take the lead in managing and supporting a variety of projects across the passenger, heavy haul, and industrial sectors, all while ensuring a premium client experience.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Rail Engineer with a wealth of experience in engineering and executing rail and infrastructure projects aimed at achieving optimal client outcomes. You should possess expertise in rail alignment, civil infrastructure, drainage, and have a comprehensive understanding of various rail disciplines and systems.

  • Overseeing Rail projects and managing the delivery of design solutions for top-tier projects.
  • Playing a crucial role in the execution of large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
  • Assisting the team in project delivery.
  • Identifying opportunities for professional growth in the pursuit of technical excellence.

About You:

  • A relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years in a civil design or delivery role.
  • Proven experience in rail, rail infrastructure, and broader civil projects.
  • Ability to illustrate the design process across infrastructure projects, with the capability to conduct planning, conceptualization, and detailed design.
  • A commitment to continuously enhancing technical knowledge and expertise.
