Health and Safety Project Officer

Curtin University is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Health and Safety Project Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Health and Safety team, you will play a critical role in supporting the provision of our Health & Safety initiatives and contributing to the development of a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and assess work activities to identify potential health and safety risks and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain essential health and safety documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Lead health and safety training sessions for staff and students, and refresh existing processes to enhance faculty safety practices.
- Collaborate with various teams, facilities, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with health and safety obligations, best practices, and relevant legislation.
