As a Senior School Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational landscape of our institution. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of educators who are passionate about delivering exceptional learning experiences.
About the RoleThis position involves leading a team of dedicated educators to deliver high-quality teaching and learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of students. You will be responsible for fostering a positive school culture, promoting academic excellence, and ensuring the well-being of students and staff.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong commitment to Christian values, and a passion for education. They will have a proven track record of delivering innovative learning solutions and a deep understanding of curriculum design and pedagogy.
Responsibilities- Provide visionary leadership to drive educational excellence
- Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with our institution's mission and values
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Support the development of staff through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth opportunities
- Oversee student wellbeing and pastoral care frameworks
- Cultivate a positive, Christ-centred school culture
- Promote academic excellence and personal growth in every student
- Contribute to co-curricular programs, camps, chapels, and events
- A recognised degree in Education
- NESA accreditation
- A current Working with Children Check
- A Master's degree in education or leadership (or willingness to undertake)
