We are seeking a visionary and experienced educator to lead our Senior School in its next phase of growth. As Head of Senior School, you will play a key role on the Executive Leadership Team, working closely with the Principal to ensure excellence in teaching, learning, pastoral care, and staff leadership.

  • Lead curriculum planning, assessment, and compliance">
  • Foster innovative and engaging learning environments">
  • Support staff development, wellbeing, and professional growth">
  • Oversee student wellbeing and pastoral care frameworks">
  • Cultivate a positive, Christ-centred school culture">
  • Promote academic excellence and personal growth in every student">
  • Contribute to co-curricular programs, camps, chapels, and events">
  • Build strong partnerships with parents, staff, and the wider community">

Qualifications:

- A recognised degree in Education

- NESA accreditation

- A current Working with Children Check

- A Master's degree in education or leadership (or willingness to undertake)
