We are seeking a dynamic hospitality professional to join our team as General Manager at Wyndham Resort Torquay. As a member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of this stunning 200-key resort.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading a high-performing team, driving guest satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service standards. You will also have strong operational expertise, including food & beverage leadership, and experience managing strata letting management or working with Body Corporate.

In this role, you will be hands-on, with a focus on team development and engagement. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with brand standards and legislative requirements.
