Housekeeping Team Leader Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our resort's housekeeping team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the resort are cleaned to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the housekeeping team and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the resort
  • Motivate the team to achieve exceptional results and drive excellence in every aspect of their work
  • Recruit, train and develop staff to meet business needs and support the team's growth
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to address daily issues and changing demands
