Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Scheduler to join our team.

The role involves coordinating vessel operations and crew scheduling to ensure seamless support for the Royal Australian Navy (RAN).

Working closely with site management, Defence teams, and stakeholders, you will help deliver cost-effective, safe, and efficient marine services.

  • Coordinate and schedule vessel operations and crewing requirements
  • Manage daily service requests to ensure timely delivery of all commitments
  • Maintain workforce management systems and crew training registers
  • Assist with operational reporting and administrative support
  • Engage professionally with Defence representatives and contractors
  • Support after-hours operational requirements on a rotational basis

About You:

Proven administrative expertise with exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills is essential.

A background in maritime operations is desirable.

Experience with SAP is highly regarded.

You should be able to manage multiple priorities under minimal supervision.

Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are required.

A current First Aid Certificate is also necessary.

You must be able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Baseline).
