Structures Foreperson

Fulton Hogan's Metropolitan Roads Program Alliance (MRPA) is seeking a skilled Structures Foreperson to join our team in the Melbourne West region of Truganina / Melton. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continued success of our Level Crossing Removal package of works.

• Conduct plant inspection checklists to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Supervise subcontract packages and ensure adherence to defined scope
• Initiate and communicate ideas to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and costs
• Participate in preventative maintenance, toolbox discussions, and safety meetings

• Proven experience as a construction foreman, preferably on structures projects
• Knowledge of industry-related standards and specifications
• Able to maintain a high level of energy, motivation, and enthusiasm
• Strong safety and environmental awareness
