Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Structures Foreperson to join our team in the Melbourne West region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of construction professionals and ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out plant inspection check lists to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Supervise subcontract packages and ensure compliance with defined scope
• Initiate and communicate ideas that improve efficiency, reduce waste and costs
• Actively participate in preventative maintenance, toolbox discussions and safety meetings

Requirements

• Proven experience as a construction foreman, preferably on structures projects
• Knowledge of industry-related standards and specifications
• Able to maintain an energetic, self-motivated and enthusiastic work ethic
• Have strong safety and environmental awareness
