We're seeking a skilled Field Maintenance Technician to join our team. This exciting role involves traveling to customers' sites to repair and maintain their beverage equipment, ensuring it's working efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of equipment, including glass door merchandisers, air curtain coolers, fountain dispensing equipment, vending machines, frozen beverage equipment, and coffee machines.

You'll also be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, quality assurance checks, and adhering to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality service by ensuring equipment is repaired on the first visit
  • Servicing/installing all equipment within specified timeframes and meeting customer expectations
  • Proactively communicating with internal and external customers
  • Performing preventative maintenance and quality assurance checks as required
  • Acting on receipts in a timely manner, managing variances through relevant stakeholders
  • Prioritizing safety and contributing to hazard identification and risk management
  • Participating in workplace inspections and audits
