Job Title: Deputy Head of Junior School – Wellbeing and Administration
Role SummaryThis is a dynamic leadership role that oversees the Junior School’s wellbeing and administration. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the Head of Junior School in the school's operations, as well as providing pastoral care to students.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer the day-to-day activities of the Junior School with a focus on student wellbeing.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement Positive Education curriculum and wellbeing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in integrating Positive Psychology principles into their work and a strong understanding of holistic student care.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Qualification in Education and registration with NESA.
- Postgraduate qualification in Wellbeing, Positive Education or similar field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work proactively and collaboratively within a team.
