Role Summary

The Deputy Head of Junior School will provide strategic support to the Head of Junior School in the administration and pastoral care of students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integrate Positive Psychology principles to enhance student wellbeing and develop a holistic approach to student care
  • Develop and implement the Positive Education curriculum and wellbeing initiatives in the Junior School
  • Manage day-to-day operations with a solutions-focused approach
  • Establish positive relationships and foster collaboration among teachers and stakeholders
  • Work within a committed and professional team aligned with the school's Christian ethos
Requirements
  • Qualification in Education and registration with NESA
  • Postgraduate qualification in Wellbeing, Positive Education or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work proactively and collaboratively within a team
