Job Title: Supply Chain Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our supply chain logistics division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top candidates.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, with a deep understanding of recruitment processes and a strong ability to identify and recruit top talent. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently as part of a team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in supply chain logistics recruitment, working closely with our experienced team of HR professionals. You will also be responsible for evaluating resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.

Requirements:
  • Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics, or Engineering
  • Proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics (mandatory)
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Ongoing professional development and continuous improvement approach to work processes
