Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Specialist for Supply Chain Logistics

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Supply Chain Logistics division. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Identifying and recruiting potential candidates using various sourcing methods
  • Evaluating resumes and applications to select the best fit for open roles
  • Conducting interviews and assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and requirements
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external candidates

Requirements:

  • Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics, or Engineering
  • Proven direct experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in supply chain logistics (mandatory)
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Deep understanding of 3PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics (mandatory)
