Curriculum Leadership Role

This is a strategic leadership position focused on enhancing teaching excellence and learning outcomes in Mathematics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, deliver, assess, and report curriculum aligned with the Australian Curriculum and SACE frameworks
  • Establish a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented learning environment
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance reviews to support staff development
  • Utilize data to inform instructional practices and drive continuous improvement
  • Promote innovative and differentiated teaching strategies
  • Build strong relationships with students, families, and the College community
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess current South Australian Teacher's Registration and preferably hold HAT or Lead accreditation. They should demonstrate strong leadership in curriculum development, pedagogy, and staff support, with a deep understanding of Lutheran education and its Christian ethos.
