Customer Insights Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Customer Insights Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their current Voice of the Customer Analytics approach and provide consultation on implementing Speech Analytics, Text Analytics, Automated Quality Management, Customer Feedback Management, and CX-enhancing technologies.
