This role requires evidence of your Responsible Service of Alcohol (SA) and a minimum of two years of proven experience in customer service or hospitality. Evidence and references on your customer service skills and food and beverage experience will be required.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable and confident in food service and functions from casual through to high-end dining. Skilled mixologists who can bring expertise to the team are highly sought after.

We require knowledge of relevant work health and safety legislation and competent and trustworthy cash handling skills.
