Job Title: Cinema Operations Manager

Cinema Operations Manager Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee cinema operations and drive the business forward. As a Cinema Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing daily operations, and implementing processes to improve the customer experience.

This is a full-time role within the Cinema Operations Department, where you will lead by example, empower staff members to go above and beyond for guests, and work under pressure to achieve targets.

  • Financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, etc.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Managing daily operations to ensure profitability and achievement of KPIs.
About You

We are looking for an experienced leader who is team-focused and results-oriented. To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent leadership skills, financial acumen, and the ability to think innovatively.

You will need to have 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry, and be comfortable working under pressure. Familiarity with audio-visual equipment, including film projection, is desirable.

  • Excellent communication skills with guests, employees, and stakeholders.
