Location Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Location Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth execution and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead staff members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and empower them to excel in their roles
  • Analyze financial data, including revenue streams and budgeting, to inform strategic decisions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and experience
  • Ensure adherence to HR, WHS, and risk management policies and laws

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position within our cinema operations department
  • You will work closely with a talented and creative team to drive business forward
  • A strong understanding of audio visual equipment, including film projection, is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills are required to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
