Job Description

As a Business Transformation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving delivery excellence across AI initiatives. This involves collaborating with AI Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to deliver high-value AI products leveraging cutting-edge technology.

The successful candidate will serve as a foundational member of the team, reporting directly to the Program Manager. Key responsibilities include establishing initiative scope and objectives, gathering and documenting business requirements, and identifying risks associated with initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish initiative scope and objectives, validate requirements, and gather business requirements
  • Define key objectives, scope, and dependencies, ensuring traceability and alignment with business value objectives
  • Assist in solution design, evaluate proposed solutions, and contribute to developing test cases
  • Sponsor iteration planning, track progress during iterations, and ensure timely delivery of user stories
  • Develop and document current and future state business processes to support business transformation initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications

Commercial Experience: The ideal candidate will have proven commercial experience in a Business Analyst role within a technology organization, showcasing expertise in applying agile methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in applying agile methodologies, including JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience conducting detailed business analysis and documenting technical requirements
  • Strong facilitation skills, ability to communicate across teams and functions, and knowledge of project management principles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using advanced data analytics platforms and techniques for strategic insights
  • Experience of risk management efforts across large-scale programs
  • Experience in AI product delivery and software engineering
  • A relevant tertiary qualification
