People Transformation Specialist

Are you a strategic professional looking to partner with senior HR leaders and drive impactful change in organisations? We have an exciting opportunity for a relationship-focused professional to join our team as a People Transformation Specialist.

This role sits within our Sydney office, focusing on strategic account management and consulting delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with senior client stakeholders across HR and business leadership teams.
  • Coordinating bespoke people transformation programs to drive high-impact change and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality program delivery and outcomes.
  • Identifying opportunities for organic growth within existing client portfolios.
  • Representing the organisation at industry forums and networking events.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • A strong track record in internal and external HR, organisational development, leadership development, or change consulting.
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders (HRDs, Heads of OD, C-suite).
  • Commercial acumen and a consultative approach, with a values-driven mindset.
  • Strong planning skills, high emotional intelligence, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfort working across strategic advisory and hands-on coordination.
