Job Title: Senior Process Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineering Manager to lead our team in Adelaide.

This role involves providing technical guidance, overseeing detailed design work, and leading a small team of engineers in the oil and gas, energy, chemical, and water industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical expertise and guidance.
  2. Oversee and contribute to detailed design projects in the oil and gas, energy, chemical or water industries.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver outstanding design solutions.
  4. Provide technical advisory and support throughout various project phases.
  5. Utilise expertise in hazard analysis and process engineering to ensure project success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 15 years of experience in process engineering.
  2. A background in oil and gas, energy, chemical, and water industries.
  3. Proven experience in detailed design and addressing technical queries.
  4. Familiarity with hazard analysis tools and processes.

  • Hydraulics packages for comprehensive system analysis.
  • HAZOP or LOPA facilitation is advantageous but not essential.
