Key Account Development Role

This is a Sales Development Representative position with an opportunity to work as the first point of contact for potential customers after they inquire about funding. You will play a pivotal role in the company's success by engaging with businesses, asking insightful questions to understand their needs, and seamlessly connecting them with experts who will help secure their funding.

As part of a dynamic team transforming the industry, you will contribute to its growth and impact. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Qualifying leads over the phone that come through each day to work with the sales team
  2. Building product knowledge and gaining a strong acumen in outbound prospecting to handle objections, understand SME issues/pain points, and communicate solutions
  3. Handling inbound calls from existing and prospective customers
  4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry and products to provide accurate and applicable information to customers
