About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Team Member to join our manufacturing team at Stratco. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling products for our trade and retail customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacture goods to customer specifications using metal folding, roll form, and pressing machines
  • Operate general sheet metal equipment and interpret product drawings
  • Pick and pack products, and participate in training on specific plant and equipment
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and quality assurance focus, adhering to critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment
Requirements
  • AQF Certificate III in Engineering - Sheet Metal
  • Experience using sheet metal manufacturing equipment, particularly roll form machines and metal bending machinery
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
