Job Description:

This role plays a crucial part in our marketing and human resources efforts. The Marketing & HR Coordinator is responsible for managing organic social media, assisting with copywriting, implementing email campaigns, supporting training and events, and maintaining our website.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, implement email marketing strategies, support employee development programs, and maintain the company's online presence.
  • Assist with policy administration, database management, and internal growth initiatives.
  • Research and create high-quality content, plan and organize events, manage LinkedIn content, and update CRM properties.
  • Develop or update HR and sales documents, perform general administrative tasks, and manage print production of marketing materials.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or Human Resources.
  • Good understanding of social media marketing platforms, especially LinkedIn.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook.
Desirable Skills:
  • Some experience in a junior marketing or administrative role.
  • Event planning experience.
  • CRM experience.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
