About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching effective swimming and water safety techniques to students of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach swimming and water safety lessons to students in a safe and supportive environment
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of students with diverse abilities and learning styles
  • Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their swimming skills
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a high-quality swimming program
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
Requirements
  • Current AustSwim Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
