Strategic Leader for Campus Experience

Deliver strategic leadership for campus experience, driving engagement and activation initiatives to enhance the precinct environment.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement an annual engagement plan to foster collaboration and support across teams and programs.
  • Lead the delivery of strategic direction for the precinct, in close collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Measure and evaluate the impact of activation and engagement initiatives for stakeholders, industry engagement, and community relations.
  • Oversee the delivery of student and education support services on campus, ensuring exceptional concierge and front-line support.
  • Support student and precinct communications, ensuring brand compliance and relevance for local audiences.
  • Cultivate and manage key partnerships with high-level stakeholders to secure resources and support for precinct activation initiatives.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary degree with extensive management expertise and relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing programs, policies, or initiatives related to stakeholder engagement, student services, and site activation.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise, influence, and guide staff, and foster collaboration across teams and programs.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders to foster collaboration and support precinct activation and engagement goals.
  • Ability to apply knowledge of university-wide policies or external environment related to stakeholder engagement and community relations.
