Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team at ADP. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of our GlobalView solution for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Blueprint Management
    • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop a comprehensive client blueprint.
    • Interpret client blueprint and build a user acceptance test catalogue.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance
    • Perform thorough testing of the GlobalView solution to ensure it meets client requirements.
    • Identify and resolve any issues that arise during testing.
  • Documentation and Handover
    • Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of the implementation process.
    • Ensure timely handover of client payroll and documentation to client services.
  • Process Improvement
    • Continuously review and improve implementation processes to ensure they are efficient and effective.
    • Implement recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a SAP Payroll Tester.
  • Strong payroll knowledge and experience.
  • High degree of commitment and ability to communicate effectively with clients to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, to effectively update and maintain documentation/training/presentations.
  • Able to implement continual improvement processes.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
