About the Role

This is a full-time ongoing opportunity responsible for the graphic design of marketing collateral and creating visually appealing and engaging content for a variety of mediums.

This role is suited to a vibrant, creatively driven, strong graphic designer who enjoys working across various platforms of communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, and other print materials
  • Creating engaging visual content for digital media platforms including websites and social media
  • Maintaining websites and other digital media platforms for marketing and promotional purposes
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the College's brand and values
  • Working closely with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within a medium-large organisation
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent graphic design skills, with knowledge and experience in using Adobe Creative Suite of programs, and experience in finished art for printed marketing materials
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining websites and other digital media platforms for marketing and promotional purposes
  • Demonstrated experience in social media management and content creation
  • BASIC PROFICIENCY IN PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO EDITING AND BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF MARKETING STRATEGIES
  • EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL SKILLS AND ABILITY TO BUILD RAPPORT WITH STUDENTS, PARENTS, STAFF AND STAKEHOLDERS
