Job Title: Emergency Response Coordinator

The role of an Emergency Response Coordinator is vital in ensuring the efficient response to emergency situations. This position involves working closely with a team of professionals to assess and respond to emergency calls, providing critical advice and guidance to those in need.

  • Operational Readiness & Fitness for Duty:
    • Personal commitment to maintaining medical, physical, and psychological wellbeing to safely undertake EMD duties.
    Requirements:
    • Current Provide First Aid Certificate (with Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation component) or equivalent prior to appointment.
    • Completion of Certificate III and Certificate IV in Ambulance Communications within 12 months of appointment.
    • Probationary period of 12 months with satisfactory performance and completion of required training.
    • Participation in shift work, on-call duties, and overtime as required.
