Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Employment Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing workplace support to individuals with disabilities, working closely with employers to find flexible and innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities in the workforce and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

This is a dynamic role that requires a person who is passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Disability or DES experience an advantage
