M&E Warehouse Manager Opportunity

This is a key role within the M&E sector, responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities.
The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring the timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and equipment, as well as maintaining optimal inventory levels.
In addition to operational duties, the Senior Warehouse Manager will also lead a high-performing warehouse team, mentoring and developing staff to achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes.
- Ensure accurate inventory management.
- Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff.
- Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and software.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
