In this key position, you will be responsible for leading the investigation and delivery of various maturity and continuous improvement programs across the Strategic Partnerships function in Technology.

Your primary objective will be to drive outcomes that increase stakeholder and vendor experience, reduce process and system complexity, and achieve strategic goals.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to drive improvement with partners, develop a sourcing strategy for technology, and identify partners to engage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the business, systems, interdependencies, challenges, and processes to recommend solutions and develop streamlined, efficient uplifts.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive improvement with partners.
  • Develop a sourcing strategy for technology and identify partners to engage.
  • Help resolve competing priorities between stakeholder groups by facilitating stakeholder discussions and escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Present insights and recommendations for maturity and continuous improvement programs and activities.
  • Develop execution plans managing scope, time, risks, stakeholder engagement, and change management elements, and status reporting.
  • Lead the assessment and deployment of opportunities to mature processes, automate reports, and create system efficiencies to reduce administration waste and system complexity across the Strategic Partnership function.
  • Use various techniques to gather and understand business needs and challenges, such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and storyboards.

About You and Your Skills:

  • Strong understanding of supplier management reporting needs, contract management onboarding, and financial processes.
  • IT Financial Management and commercial knowledge, including contract management financial reporting and processes.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power BI.
  • Ability to make decisions that are conducive to good business processes and relationships.
  • Ability to engage and operate at all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to process map and identify and execute process improvements.
  • Ability to apply problem-solving skills in process and reporting.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP, Ariba, Fieldglass, Power BI.
  • Experience in a Technology function is preferred.
