Job OverviewWe are a passionate team of Allied Health professionals who have decided to live out the ethos behind why we studied to do what we do, help people to improve their quality of life. Our focus is on the individual and what they need.
Our mission is to deliver face-to-face sessions or Telehealth when required and collaborate with other health professionals behind the scenes to support patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide physiotherapy services in residential aged care, at home in the community or other settings as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Work with our team to guide patients toward achieving their goals and maintain focus on what matters to each individual.
- Deliver high-quality patient outcomes through effective communication, time management and organisational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
- Full General registration with AHPRA
- Current National Police Check
- Working with Vulnerable People Check - NDIS Clearance
- Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and Flu
- Demonstrated commitment and passion for promoting the quality of life of the elderly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
