We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our multidisciplinary team as an Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist.

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with people with disability to develop and implement personalized plans that promote independence and empowerment.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each individual
  • Providing evidence-based interventions and strategies to enhance functional abilities and overall quality of life
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication
  • Participating in ongoing professional development and training to maintain expertise and stay up-to-date with best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong foundation in occupational therapy or speech pathology principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
