We are seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Professional to join our team on an initial 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR business partnering, with a focus on designing and embedding people initiatives that drive business outcomes.
This role involves assisting the People & Culture Director and multiple operating company leadership teams in delivering customer-focused people services across the employee life cycle.
The responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic HR advice and support to stakeholders
- Partnering with leadership teams to engage and build capability in bringing culture and values to life
- Managing employee engagement and performance processes
- Using data and metrics to lead process improvements and initiatives that enhance the employee experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Minimum 12 months experience in a business partner role
- Experience in administration of systems and software
- End-to-end program management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of data literacy and experience in analysis tools such as Culture Amp, PowerBI, and/or Excel
