About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Leader. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to deliver high-quality care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the delivery of quality clinical services in line with a resident-centered model of care.
  • Manage and provide efficient, effective, and compassionate care planning and assessment.
  • Ensure medication management is provided in a safe and effective manner in line with legislative requirements and policy.
  • Work collaboratively with staff, other health professionals, residents, and their families to ensure clinical decisions are based on best practice and positive resident outcomes.
About You
  • Registered Nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) (mandatory).
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing aged care.
  • Commitment to contemporary aged care practice.
  • Ability to support and lead a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Experience in a clinical leadership role with the ability to manage day-to-day clinical issues.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage day-to-day activities in an efficient manner.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy.
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organization.
