We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Leader. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to deliver high-quality care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the delivery of quality clinical services in line with a resident-centered model of care.
- Manage and provide efficient, effective, and compassionate care planning and assessment.
- Ensure medication management is provided in a safe and effective manner in line with legislative requirements and policy.
- Work collaboratively with staff, other health professionals, residents, and their families to ensure clinical decisions are based on best practice and positive resident outcomes.
- Registered Nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) (mandatory).
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing aged care.
- Commitment to contemporary aged care practice.
- Ability to support and lead a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience in a clinical leadership role with the ability to manage day-to-day clinical issues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage day-to-day activities in an efficient manner.
- Demonstrated computer literacy.
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organization.
