About This Role

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for innovation and risk management? Do you have experience in developing and scaling solutions that drive business growth? If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and scale Visa's Risk, Identity and Dispute solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Partner with local Account Executives to develop and implement sales strategies that meet client needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in risk management, sales, or business development.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions that drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
