Child and Adolescent Psychologist - Far North Queensland

Join our multidisciplinary team providing outreach services to children affected by trauma, challenging behaviors or developmental issues.

  • Conduct psychological assessments and provide one-to-one support using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Work closely with other team members and external stakeholders including schools, referral agencies and health professionals.
  • Significant engagement with Aboriginal services, communities and organizations is envisaged.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or tertiary qualifications in psychology.
  • Masters or postgraduate clinical qualifications in mental health.
  • Registration with relevant authorities to practice psychology. Provisional registration will be acceptable conditional on completion of all requirements for full registration within an agreed timeframe.
  • Current Driver's Licence.

Benefits:

  • Annual Salary $96,000 - $140,000.
  • 10% Super.
  • Phone allowance.
