Far North Queensland Child Psychologist

Join our multidisciplinary team providing outreach services to children affected by trauma, challenging behaviors or developmental issues.
- Conduct psychological assessments and provide one-to-one support using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Work closely with other team members and external stakeholders including schools, referral agencies and health professionals.
- Significant engagement with Aboriginal services, communities and organizations is envisaged.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or tertiary qualifications in psychology.
- Masters or postgraduate clinical qualifications in mental health.
- Registration with relevant authorities to practice psychology. Provisional registration will be acceptable conditional on completion of all requirements for full registration within an agreed timeframe.
- Current Driver's Licence.
Benefits:
- Annual Salary $96,000 - $140,000.
- 10% Super.
- Phone allowance.
