">Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst and Insights Expert to join our team. As a key member of our analytics function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop tailored analytical solutions that provide actionable insights. Your expertise in data analysis and visualisation will enable you to communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You will have a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports to communicate complex data insights.
  • Developing and maintaining standardised reporting templates to promote self-service reporting.
  • Collaborating with data engineering teams to build structured datasets suitable for predictive analysis and modelling.
  • Applying statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and trends within large and multi-dimensional datasets.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years relevant experience in data analysis and insights.
  • Strong skills in data wrangling using SQL, Python or R.
  • Knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

  • A salary range of $124,196 to $137,946 per annum.
  • A permanent full-time position working 76 hours a fortnight.
