Community Leader

We're seeking an experienced Community Leader to oversee daily operations and manage teams in a fast-paced community environment. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, be physically capable of performing manual tasks, and have relevant certifications.

The role involves relieving the Community Manager in times of absence and providing assistance in communities as determined by the Operations Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and resident wellbeing.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team through coaching, recruitment, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Managing tenancy paperwork, maintaining confidential resident records, and ensuring compliance with legislation, lease agreements, and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in property and grounds maintenance, be self-motivated and empathetic, and thrive in a community-focused environment where resident wellbeing is a priority.
