Job Overview

About the Role:

The full line picker is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking items for open air markets and vending accounts daily, making adjustments for any out-of-stock items. This involves staging orders in designated areas for each route.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking all items for assigned routes and adjusting for any out-of-stocks.
  • Staging orders in designated areas for each route.
  • Maintaining company-provided tablets and printers, ensuring they are charged and securely stored for use.
  • Cleaning and organizing the picking area, snack room, freezer, and sandwich cooler area, including disposing of empty packaging materials.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Basic math skills for accurate order fulfillment.
  • Effective communication skills to work with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
  • Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team setting with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, and have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Professional appearance and attitude at all times.
  • Ability to perform prolonged standing, walking, sitting, twisting, and bending, as well as repetitive motion of wrists, fingers, and arms.
