Project Architect

About the Role

This role involves delivering hospitality projects from inception to completion, encompassing tendering, design development, and contract administration. The successful candidate will lead project delivery teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of multiple hospitality projects, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs.
  • Manage tendering processes, negotiate contracts, and administer agreements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff, promoting professional development and skill enhancement.
Requirements:
  • A registered architect with a minimum of 8 years' experience in project delivery, including contract administration.
  • Proven expertise in Revit, with the ability to leverage this software to enhance project efficiency and quality.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and building strong client relationships.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
