Business Contract Manager

This role involves working in our Brisbane office to support multiple Project Managers with commercial relationship management for mining and metals clients, implementing a contract management program, administrative procedures, and developing and delivering commercial training.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage contract compliance to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring positive outcomes.
- Maintain contract management alignment with internal practices and requirements.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance project performance.
- Resolve contractual and commercial issues through stakeholder liaison.
- Support ongoing project training on various commercial matters.
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
- Effective leadership and partnering skills across functions and projects.
- Strong commercial acumen for selecting innovative methods and techniques.
- Prioritizing customer centricity for resolving commercial challenges while preserving relationships.
