HR Partner Position Overview

This role is focused on developing organisational structures and building people management capability.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders to ensure teams have clear roles and are equipped for future growth.

  • Manage workplace investigations
  • Coach and advise leaders on compliance with regulatory frameworks
Key Responsibilities:

Developing Organisational Structures:

Partner with senior leaders to create consistent organisational structures that give teams and individuals role clarity and build capability for future growth.

Workplace Investigations:

Manage investigations into workplace matters in a fair and timely manner.

Leadership Coaching and Advisory Services:

Coach, advise and support leaders to increase people management capability and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of operational HR experience ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Recruitment, training, performance management and remuneration expertise.

Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a calm approach.

Experience working in multi-site retail or services businesses.
