We're looking for a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as part of our Mid Year Graduate Program.
This program provides a comprehensive knowledge base that sets you up for success, while offering numerous opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop expertise in multiple areas of occupational therapy, including assistive technology, home modifications, paediatrics, and mental health.
- Conduct thorough assessments of participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity.
- Provide guidance and advice on adapting environments to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities.
- Participate in professional development and receive regular supervision from experienced professionals.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist (or ability to register by August 2025).
- A strong passion for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- A desire to make a positive impact on the lives of people living with disabilities.
- Experience working with children or adults with disabilities.
